Does the plugin work without the dashboard?
No. The plugin needs the workspace context and connection details generated inside the dashboard. Without that, it is only a storefront shell and not a complete setup.

No. Free Plugin covers setup, connection, workspace access, and starter preparation. AI replies and recovery start on Basic.
When do I need to pay?

Do I need my own WhatsApp Business account?
Yes. You connect your own WhatsApp Business setup. Plugin setup is fast, while WhatsApp setup can require separate Meta and WABA steps.
Can I start before Meta approval?
Yes. You can create the workspace, connect the store, and prepare setup before Meta approval is fully complete. WhatsApp activation can be finished later.
How does multilingual setup work?
You choose supported languages, set a default and fallback language, then review content completeness per language. Each language should be checked separately instead of editing mixed content in one feed.
Will my selected language stay the same during signup?
Yes. The selected language should carry through the funnel and should not be silently replaced by a backend default or forced redirect.
Can I switch the language later?
Yes. You can change the interface language later. The important rule is that the system should keep your chosen language until you decide to switch it.
