Common questions before launch
These answers reflect the actual product model: shared backend, shared plugin, workspace-specific WhatsApp Business credentials.
Getting Started
Is this a WordPress plugin or a SaaS platform?
It is both. The plugin handles WooCommerce storefront hooks, while the SaaS platform adds AI replies, automations, analytics, billing, and team workflows.
Does it work with WooCommerce?
Yes. The product is designed specifically for WooCommerce stores and syncs products, variations, carts, orders, and store context events.
How long does setup take?
The plugin setup is fast. WhatsApp Business onboarding usually takes longer because the store connects its own Meta account and phone number.
WhatsApp Account
Do I need my own WhatsApp Business account?
Yes. Every workspace connects its own WhatsApp Business account, phone number, phone_number_id, WABA ID, and token. Stores are never shared on one master number.
Can I use my own phone number?
Yes, if it is connected as a WhatsApp Business number in Meta. The platform is multi-tenant, but each tenant keeps its own Meta credentials.
Does the plugin store Meta credentials?
No. The plugin only stores the backend URL, plugin API key, and local plugin settings. Meta credentials belong in the backend per workspace.
AI and Automation
How does the AI know about my products?
The backend syncs your WooCommerce catalog, then AI prompt building uses only the relevant products, recent messages, FAQ items, rules, and conversation summary.
Can my team take over conversations?
Yes. Conversations support takeover and release, and the AI policy layer can stop auto-replies when a human is in control.
